Quotation Templates
20 free quotation templates with a working editor, blank downloads and PDF, Word or Excel exports.
A quotation is a fixed offer against defined work. These templates start with the sections each industry actually argues about: labour and materials, exclusions, access or usage rights.

Choosing the right one
- Choose the template closest to the work you sell, not the industry you identify with. A photographer selling a retainer wants the retainer structure, not the shoot structure.
- Every template opens with real line items you can edit. Replace the example prices before you send anything.
- Quotations differ from estimates: the price is fixed for the scope and period stated. If the work is still moving, quote a defined first phase instead.
Common questions
Are these quotation templates free?
Yes. Editing, downloading and printing are free; no account is needed.
Can I use one template for several industries?
You can, but the exclusions and line structure differ. Starting from the closest template saves editing and produces a stronger quote.
Should a quotation include a signature?
Only if you want written acceptance. Acceptance by email against the reference is usually enough.
