Questions about this template

Should scaffolding be a separate line?

Yes. It is a large, non-negotiable cost that the client will see quoted elsewhere. Showing it builds trust and makes like-for-like comparison possible.

How do I handle hidden damage?

Quote the visible scope, then state that additional work is priced at the stated day rate and agreed in writing before it proceeds.

What warranty should I state?

State the workmanship period and the manufacturer's material warranty separately. They are rarely the same length.

Can I quote a repair and a replacement together?

Yes. Offer the repair as the primary price and the replacement as an option, clearly labelled, so the client understands the trade-off.
