Questions about this template

Should fees be per room or a percentage?

Per room is clearer for design-only work. A percentage of procurement suits full-service projects where you manage the buy.

Are furniture costs included?

Keep them separate. Design fees and product costs are different decisions for the client, and mixing them hides both.

How many site visits should I include?

State a number, usually three to five depending on the project, then charge extra visits separately.

Can I quote design-only?

Yes. Design-only is a clean product and often the entry point before a client commits to procurement.
