Questions about this template

How do I bill additional revisions?

As a line per round at the agreed rate. Naming the round keeps the conversation factual.

Should file formats be listed?

Yes. It is the easiest way to show what was delivered and to price a request for extra formats.

When does copyright transfer?

Usually on final payment. Say so on the invoice so the client knows the artwork is licensed from that point.

Can I invoice print production separately?

Yes. Print is a pass-through cost and should not sit inside a design fee.
