Should the registration be on the invoice?

Yes. It ties the invoice to the vehicle and helps the customer's records and any warranty claim.

How do I show warranty on parts?

Add a note with the period and what it covers. A warranty statement on the invoice avoids later disagreement.

Can I invoice diagnostics separately?

Yes, and many garages do. If it is waived when the repair proceeds, say so on the invoice.

What if the customer supplied the parts?

Show the parts as supplied by the customer at zero value and state that no parts warranty applies.
