Questions about this template

Should the deposit be on the invoice?

Show it as held or returned, not as income. Mixing it into the total overstates revenue.

How do I bill a partial month?

State the daily rate and the exact dates. Pro-rata calculations should be visible.

Can I invoice utilities separately?

Yes, if the agreement allows it. Attach or reference the meter readings.

What about late payment interest?

State it in the terms and on the invoice. It is only enforceable if it was agreed.
